The Rowan County Board of Education is requesting one-page letters of interest to provide Architect/Engineering services for a project to replace turf and running track at its multi-purpose field.  Letters must be received by noon on Friday, November 13th, 2026, and should be sent to Rowan County Board of Education Attn: Glen Teager at 551 Viking Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.  Letters can also be emailed to glen.teager@rowan.kyschools.us.
