The Kentucky Department of Education has provided a waiver to districts that would allow a continuation of virtual learning that has very different requirements than our current model (RCOLA). Rowan County Schools will be offering a new virtual program that requires all students to participate online. Each application will be reviewed by school and district teams for approval. Paper packets will not be offered to any student for the 2021-2022 school year. All On-Line Registration (OLR) will need to be completed as you normally would and, if accepted, we would change status in Infinite Campus.
All applications must be submitted by June 15, 2021 and will be reviewed by an Administrative Committee at the school within 15 days of submission of application.
