Hello! My name is Megan Messer and I am a graduate of Morehead State University and third grade teacher at CES. I graduated MSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 2017 and have been teaching ever since. This is my first year in the Rowan County School District and I love it here! I am blessed to be surrounded by amazing students and educators and plan on many memories in Rowan County Schools for years to come.
