AUGUST
 
WAPT SCREENING (ELL) – First 30 days of enrollment
Kindergarten Screener- 30 days before school starts- 15 days after school begins
 
COLLECT STUDENT INVENTORIES FROM STUDENTS AND/OR PARENTS (AUG 9-16)
 
DIBELS ASSESSMENT FOR ALL STUDENTS Aug. 29-
Running Records – Aug. 19th - 30th minimum for any student with an RTI plan
 
SEPTEMBER
MAP – Fall Testing Window - September
EXPLORER – September (8th grade)
WorkKeys – September (12th Grade)
PLAN – September (10th grade)
SNAP /DNK Screener - Aug. 29th - Sept. 7 for all Kindergartners and 1st graders and Sept. 19 for any student not at Benchmark on MAP Math Data ( to be given within 7 days of gathering MAP data)
SEPT 10th , 20th and 30th, Proress Monitor for all RTI plans
 Sept. 30th. Turn in grade level assessment strengths and weakness sheets to Rhonda by Sept 27th.
 
OCTOBER
 
Oct. 10, 20, 30 Progress Monitor for all RTI plans
OCT. 9th - 9 WEEKS ENDS- Report Cards go home Oct. 17t
NOVEMBER
 
Nov. 10, 20, 30 Progress Monitor for all RTI plans
All grade levels will have given an open response, traded it among grade level partners to score, and discussed at PLC's Before Nov. 6th. Turn in grade level assessment strengths and weakness sheets to Rhonda by Nov. 8th.
 
DECEMBER
 
MAP – Winter Testing Window – December 3rd – 19th (CRF pulled from IC on Nov. 15th)
DIBELS – Dec. 5th-19th for students who are not a benchmark
Dec. 10, 20, 30 Progress Monitor all RTI plans
All grade levels will have given an open response, traded it among grade level partners to score, and discussed at PLC's Before Dec. 18th. Turn in grade level assessment strengths and weakness sheets to Rhonda by Dec. 20th.
DEC. ????9 WEEKS END
 
JANUARY
 
SNAP/DNK SCREENER- for students who are not at benchmark on MAP Data. All Kindergarten and 1st graders will have DNK completed on them.

MAY
 
Unbridled Learning: Last 14 days of school
May 4th 4th Common Learning Check; Score for a 4
May 10, 20, 30 - Final Progress Monitor check on any RTI plans
K-PREP – Grades 3rd – 8th
On-Demand Grades 10 and 11
Summative Assessments- Teacher made and Unit tests will be given as teachers plan curriculum units.
Formative Assessments- Teachers will administer formative assessments daily on an ongoing basis to inform them how to plan for instruction. Various forms of learning logs, exit slips, flashbacks, journals, check sheets, etc will be used.
END-OF-COURSE: Districts or schools may choose 10 consecutive days within each window to administer end-of-course assessments. Windows for 2012-13 will be announced soon.
